Thomas Oh lives in Orange County, California with his wife and son and is an attorney in the Office of County Counsel for the County of Riverside. Prior to working for the County of Riverside, he practiced at a national law firm advising local governments and municipal utilities. Thomas received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. Thomas also served as a full-time extern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles and as a summer law clerk with the Orange County Public Defender. Thomas received his master’s degree, with highest honors, in philosophy of religion and ethics from Biola University and his undergraduate degree in Religion from Emory University, where he played for the golf team. After graduating from Emory, he taught English in Tajikistan for a year and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America), working as service learning coordinator of a literacy program for elderly immigrants.
